How to Identify a Facebook ID

Print this articleAll new Facebook accounts are assigned a Facebook ID number. This number appears in a number of places and is part of your unique URL for your Facebook page. Because words and names are easier to remember than a string of numbers, Facebook gives users the ability to select a username to use in place of the ID number in the URL. Even if you've already converted to the username, you can still find your Facebook ID number.
